# Content Policy (draft)

Effective date: 20 September 2026

This policy covers donation messages and donor names, and media uploaded by streamers.

## Donation messages

Prohibited:
- links of any kind, including disguised ones, and contact handles or invitations to move to
  another platform;
- advertising, referral offers, "send crypto and get double back" and other scams;
- harassment, threats, doxxing, sexual content involving minors, hate speech;
- anything that would breach the rules of the streaming platform the streamer uses.

Our automatic filter removes or masks such content, and streamers can add their own words and
phrases, require manual approval, and ban donors. Because a donation is a blockchain transfer,
**we cannot return the funds** of a blocked donation; we only prevent it from being shown.

## Media uploaded by streamers

Streamers may upload animations and sounds only if they hold the rights to them. Prohibited:
copyrighted material without a licence, sexual content, shock content, and anything illegal
under the applicable law.

## Enforcement

Depending on severity and repetition we may hide content, remove uploads, suspend an account,
or close it. Rights holders can use the [copyright complaints procedure](dmca.md).
